GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)
This is a referral from a general practitioner (GP) for individuals managing chronic or complex care needs. If eligible, this framework provides you with a referral to Limitless for up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year.
The referral gives you a Medicare rebate of $63.40 per session. Our therapist will communicate with your GP by providing a written report after the initial and final OT sessions to ensure continuity of care. The rebate can be easily claimed through the Medicare app, online via myGov, or directly in-clinic through our HICAPS terminal.
Follow-Up Allied Health Services for First Nations Children
If your child identifies as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, they can access a dedicated Medicare pathway to support their development. After receiving an eligible health assessment from their General Practitioner (GP) or Paediatrician, your child can be referred to Limitless Allied Health for up to 10 follow-up sessions per calendar year.
These sessions are in addition to the 5 sessions provided under a standard GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), creating a significantly expanded pathway for care. You will pay our standard session fee upfront and receive a fixed Medicare rebate of $63.40 per session directly back into your bank account. The rebate can be processed directly in-clinic through our HICAPS terminal or claimed easily via the Express Plus Medicare app
Private Health Care Funds
Depending on your private health policy, you may be entitled to receive allied health support under your extras cover for your therapy sessions. The number, coverage and frequency of rebates varies between providers. Please check with your private health provider to see if your policy includes allied health. Private health care rebates can be claimed using our HICAPS machine at the clinic or privately through your fund.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to people with disability, their families and carers. If you have a disability that is likely to be permanent and significant you can receive yearly funding from the NDIS. The NDIS funds reasonable and necessary supports to help you reach your goals and take part in activities to increase your social and economic participation. We accept both self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
This funding allows eligible veterans and war widowers to access government- covered healthcare to maintain independence and daily living skills.
Veterans pay no out-of-pocket costs, as DVA is billed directly using a set of scheduled fees.
We see DVA Gold Card holders (for all clinically necessary conditions) and White Card holders (for accepted service- related conditions).
Services covered include aids/ equipment prescription, home safety modifications, falls prevention, and mental health or cognitive support.
Veterans can gain access to DVA funded Occupational Therapy by a referral from their GP, medical specialist, or via hospital discharge.
The Occupational Therapist will then assess the veteran’s needs and may prescribe equipment or recommend home modifications.
